DSD Reflectionz Hip-Hop show

This theme is titled Reflectionz performed by students from Deivs School of Danz(DSD). This concept was introduced first ever in chennai by Dev which took over all the competitions in 2008.This was performed in Techofest 2008 (Anna University).

Director Venkat Prabhu's upcoming flick Goa will have a couple of songs that will be recorded live.It is said that the first half an hour of the movie is set in 1980's.In order to the justice to the scenes the songs will also be recorded as it was during the 80's.

The opening match of the IPL has been shifted from the original venue Jaipur to Mumbai and hectic parleys are on between T20 chairman Lalit Modi and the CCI authorities to host at the latter's Brabournze Stadium.A meeting between the two parties is scheduled on monday to narrow down the differences.There seems to be some sort of give and take planned between the two parties.It's looking more and more likely that the differences would be sorted out.

A galaxy of on-stage events and off-stage events in Madras University that included rock muisc,fashion show also had a hardcore hip hop dance performance by Devi's School of Danz.The crowd was treated with an excellent dance by DSDians and that was a Junkyard Groove strummin' it out!.

"We have come out with a concept titled Reflections" says Dev.

"When you enter a dance studio,you see mirrors and a lot of refelections.For this performance we are using the dancers themselves as reflections on stage" says Dev.This hardcore hip-hop performance along with a plethora of other events was a treat to chennai crowd.
